My whole life I’ve been perplexed by the simple question “where are you from?”. Since, at least for me, it isn’t a question with a simple answer. To summarize my upbringing, I was born in southern Sweden but spent my first 8 years of my life in Brussels. My family and I then moved to England, where I spent 1 year in London and then 3 years in a town called Bedford. When I was twelve, we moved to southern Sweden again until I graduated from gymnasium. After that, I studied in beautiful California where I spent 3 fun years in Los Angeles studying film production. To complicate things more, my father is half Congolese and Rwandan, and my Swedish mother is half Jamaican and Austrian whose Grandmother was also Italian!!! (Although, from the south Tyrol Region and only spoke German, but it’s fun to say that I have some Italian in me ;))

So where am I from? Well, wherever home is. I am now located at the quaint and small town of Skurup in southern Sweden. Even though I now live in a small and quiet town, I am only a stone throw away from bustling Malmö and Copenhagen if I ever crave the big city. My background and all these experiences have shaped the person I am today, an open-minded, curious and creative individual in search of adventure. Therefore I am thrilled and privileged to have found the world of digital analytics, a community that encourages and champions curiosity and creativity.
